  13. GETTING STARTED:

  15. AFTER READING THE LICENSE AND WARRANTY INFORMATION BELOW, FOLLOW THE
  16. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO INSTALL CHARTIST:

  18. Place the diskette into the appropriate drive on your system.
  19. From the Windows Program Manager, choose the "File Run..." command.
  20. In the Command Line field of the File Run dialog, type the drive
  21. letter, followed by a colon, then type "\install.exe" into the field.
  22. For example:
  23.     b:\install.exe
  24. Click on OK, and the install process should initiate.
  25.  
  26. If the uninstalled distribution already exists on your hard drive,
  27. (you unzipped it to there, for example) you can install from there by
  28. entering the full path name to install.exe in that directory.

  108. Novagraph for license to continue using The Chartist Package beyond
  109. the term of the evaluation period. Registration fees are set solely
  110. at the discretion of Novagraph.

  115. are protected by United States Copyright law and also by International
  116. Treaty provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright

  122. You may use The Chartist Package for evaluation purposes for a period
  123. not to exceed thirty (30) days. If you continue using all or any part
  124. of The Chartist Package after the thirty (30) day evaluation period,
  125. you MUST pay Novagraph the correct registration fee.

  127. If you do not Register the Chartist Package you MAY NOT use it beyond
  128. the thirty (30) day evaluation period. If you do so you are violating
  129. the terms of this license, U.S. Copyright Law, and the applicable
  130. International Treaty Provisions.

  134. As the exclusive copyright holder for Chartist, Novagraph authorizes
  135. distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  137. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Novagraph to copy

  139. or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the conditions
  140. below (see Conditions) are met.

  142. ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission to
  143. distribute the Chartist package ONLY when the conditions below are met.

  157. shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
